Can we bring Alcohol on board?
Yes, but the is a $300.00 refundable deposit required, returned for no body
fluids, stains, grease, are on seats/walls.
Are there any deposit is required?
Yes, 15% non-refundable deposit is due at the signing of contract, remaining
balance is due 14 days prior of departure date if a check, cash will be
required day of departure.
What if my trip runs longer then booked?
The cost of the trip is estimated at the time of booking, if charter goes over
time allowance, then typically our office will re-invoice on the next business
day. We will need a credit card and ID on file that will allow us to charge over
time if needed
Do I need to pay for parking or tolls?
All tolls, parking fees, and lodging for the drivers will be at the responsibility of
the client, there are no exceptions.
what is the Restroom Policy?
Local use in and around the city, the restrooms will not be open, they are
only for out of town use, 100 Miles + from pick-up to drop-off locations
Do I need to tip the driver or is it already included?
We highly recommend tipping the driver, usually people give a open 5%-15%
out of town, 20% in town gratuity. Gratuity must be added to the contract.
How may I pay?
Empire Executive Coach accepts Cash, Check, Money Order Visa, MC,
DISCOVER,and AMERICAN EXPRESS, there will be a 5% fee added.
On a long trip do I need to find a hotel room for the driver?
It is the responsibility of the client to provide lodging for the driver.
Do I pay for lunch or dinner for the driver?
We recommend that the driver stay with the client all day, it is not requested
but recommend.
Will there be any additional fuel charges?
There will be an additional fuel charge only in fuel will be $4.00 an gallon at
the time transportation is provided.
